Ingredients for making cornstarch biscuits with cream:

 280 grams of wheat flour (2 cups)

 200 grams of cornstarch

 100 grams of cream

 2 eggs

 7 tablespoons of sugar

 1 teaspoon of baking powder

How to make cornstarch biscuits with cream:

Mix the flour with the cornstarch and set aside. Beat eggs with sugar, then add cream and yeast.

Add the flour little by little. Knead the dough with your hands and shape it into the shape you want.

Place parchment paper on an oven tray, arrange the cookies and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until it starts to brown on the sides.

Tip: The roasting time may vary depending on the oven.
